Q: I won because I answered all questions correctly:
ANS: Answering all questions correctly does not automatically make you a winner. Each correct answer gives you 1 chance at becoming a winner. Someone that answered 2 questions correctly will have only 2 chances at becoming a winner.
Q: I sent the correct answer, but the system said “incorrect answer” or “your reply must start with A, B, or C.”
ANS: The system can accept only A, B, or C as the answer. Typing any comment before your answer may confuse the system.
Q: Why did I receive the text on my phone “win xxx on GistMe Quiz promo. Who is President of Nigeria? Text A, B, or C to 35021. N100/sms”
ANS: It is because you number was in our campaign database. If you have ever participated on any GistMe program (DICE, UTUK, Music Africa, Polling, etc) in the last 5 years, you may receive occasional SMS from us.
Q: I received a phone call from GistMe asking for money to remit my winnings
ANS: Disregard any such calls or SMS. It is 419. GistMe will NEVER ask you for money
Q: Must I answer all questions correctly to win
ANS: No. Each correct answer gives 1 chance of being selected as a winner. We have had winners that did not answer all questions correctly.
